After twenty something years working in retail, latterly as CFO and Senior Logistics Director, the Founders - Paul and Chloe - have decided to apply the knowledge and experience they had garnered working for big retailers and make this available to everyone.

Anyone using carriboo for consultancy has the benefit of big company expertise at an affordable rate. Our network is your network and we have built our reputations and success on strong partnerships and collaboration.

We would like to think there's not much you can throw at us that we haven't seen before....but feel free to challenge us on that!

Your Team

Chloe Harris, with over 20 years' experience in Operations, Logistics and Multi-Channel Fulfilment, has worked at prominent UK retailers including Liberty, House of Fraser and The John Lewis Partnership. She was involved in setting up Click and Collect and Express two-man white good services at JohnLewis.com.

In 2013, Chloe moved to work for a carrier as Director of Innovation and Network Operations at wnDirect. In this role, Chloe on-boarded over 100 overseas routes/delivery partners. Working side-by-side with retailers, this has given her quite the ‘little black book’ of carrier contacts and extensive experience in negotiating wholesale pricing.

She joined Farfetch in 2019 as Director of Delivery, later becoming Senior Director, leading the team through the Covid and Brexit crises. Chloe is now Co-Founder of carriboo.co.uk, aiming to help businesses expand sales into new markets while minimizing supply chain costs.

Your Team

Paul Harris has 15 years' experience in luxury Retail and Wholesale. A chartered accountant with over 20 years' post-qualification experience, he spent 6 years in Commercial Finance at Selfridges, ending as Head of Commercial Finance. After a brief stint at Kurt Geiger, he was headhunted as Group Financial Controller at Liberty.

Appointed Finance Director in 2008, he later became CFO when BlueGem acquired the business, taking on IT, Online, and Acquisitions.

In late 2013, Paul successfully completed Liberty's second major refinancing. From 2014-2023, he worked closely with The Art Academy, becoming Chair of the Trustees in 2018 and overseeing the school's move to the South Bank. Now, Paul works in an advisory/Non-Executive capacity with brands and retailers, and is the co-founder of carriboo.
